Special regulars are people who are my relatives, I know them and dress them with degrees of intimacy. I prefer to not give suggestions on underwear, because they should have at least that part down by now, but I have always given special attention to those people who are living independent lives while remaining humble.
The Custom Clothing world is humble, and is not the retail environment of fashion fashion, and clothes made from plastic. I'm a fan of clothing made 100% autonomously, but if it's made by a pump and a machine then where's the human benefit? Machines can make clothing for themselves, and cosplay as a human, but it's the panting while sharing stories is why appointments are fun.
If you're a special regular then you exist as a friend of the company, through my word and perspective, and we know each other for years floating through your personal life. Weddings and funerals, and band recital, and your first uniform. Customized clothing means a relationship with the mills, the scotch, and the product.
