PORTRAIT
Not everyone likes their photo taken but when they do it's magic. We're all mostly self conscious and that involves perceiving how someone else might perceive us. Portraiture is a great way of being able to see people in their best state as they intend or we appreciate.
STREET
We're all on display, people, plants, architecture, and photography keeps it in our memory. I saw something when I was a teenager that changed my life and since then I've been attempting to capture what I never wish to forget. My goal with street photography is to solidify a message in time, one of either disparity as in the dying rose and living fly, or the wealthy man tipping another man of a similar age.
HOMELESSNESS IN NEW YORK
The purpose of this collection is to highlight the obvious plight that it seems these people were experiencing. Some people might think this voyeuristic because I'm not detailing the lives the people as individuals, but this is not meant to be a portrait of any one persons life, but rather a greater collective of experiences going on everywhere in the world.
